Release 聚合只接受固定四 repo allowlist、exact tag 與通過 digest 驗證的固定 assets；各 repo 獨立取最新有效版本，不要求版本對齊。缺少、私有／不可達、抓取失敗或 manifest 無效都會保留狀態列，不阻斷 canon 文檔。
