重大重構里程碑¶
2026-08-20 ─ 預發布內建資產延後交付與兩段發布鏈（issues 000721、000723）¶
內建資產加入明確的 deferred-prelaunch／delivered 交付權威；預交付期間只允許明列的開發測試顯式跳過，strict、nightly、release 與 asset-ready 仍 fail closed。權利來源未證實的暫行 GLB 不進公開歷史，三個 service repo 可在自包含證據完備後先公開，最終再與 main baseline 綁定。

2026-08-20 ─ Graphify manifest 內容決定化（issue 000724）¶
四個程式 repo 繼續追蹤 Graphify manifest，但移除機器相依的 mtime，改由內容 MD5 判斷 freshness；成功 finalizer 將 path 排序並輸出 UTF-8／LF 的決定性 bytes。Semantic cache、labels 與其他生成物的追蹤與格式邊界不變。
